Ron Allen, founder and former senior pastor, now apostolic missioner, of Heartland Parish, Fort Wayne, IN
Ron Allen has been a pastor for over 54 years. He and his wife, Carolyn, have overseen the planting of over 120 churches. They planted Heartland Church in 1985 and handed it off to Dave and Bethany Frincke in 2015. They continue to serve on staff.

 

Terry Crist, pastor of Hillsong Phoenix, AZ
Terry Crist and his wife, Judith, are Lead Pastors of Hillsong Phoenix, which has campuses in Scottsdale, Mesa, Phoenix, Glendale, Tucson and Las Vegas. He has traveled into more than 65 nations to speak in churches, at conferences and on university campuses. Terry and Judith have three adults sons, three daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. The entire Crist family is engaged in serving and building the local church.

 

Dave Frincke, senior pastor of Heartland Parish, Fort Wayne, IN
Dave Frincke is a sixth-generation pastor who has a passion for music, the arts and equipping people for ministry. After helping to plant a church in Virginia, he returned to Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife, and came on staff at Heartland Church in 2010 to lead the worship community. He became Senior Pastor of Heartland in 2015. Dave is the co-founder and movement leader of United Adoration (UA), an international movement focused on equipping local congregations to write and sing their own worship songs. He is a priest in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) and lives in Fort Wayne with his wife and four children.

 

Gary Kinnaman, former pastor of Hillsong Phoenix, AZ
Gary Kinnaman served as Senior Pastor of Word of Grace Church (now Hillsong Phoenix) for25 years. Under his leadership, the church grew to an average weekend attendance of more than 4,500. He now serves as a pastor-at-large, mentoring and networking church, government and marketplace leaders to serve the Phoenix area. His most recent book is Seeing in the Dark: Getting the Facts on Depression and Finding Hope Again. Gary and his wife, Marilyn, make their home in Gilbert, AZ, and have three adult children and nine grandchildren.
