For nearly two decades, Barna has closely studied what makes churches thrive, congregants flourish and leaders endure—despite the difficulties.

Drawing from this analysis, The State of Your Church course is designed to give church leaders a deeper understanding of their congregation’s health, spiritual growth and the overall effectiveness of their ministry. Created in partnership between Barna and Gloo, this course equips leaders with tools, research and activities to measure what truly matters in ministry.

Through video sessions presented by Nona Jones (pastor, business executive, author), alongside insights and solutions from Barna’s years of research, this course empowers pastors, church staffs, leadership boards and volunteers to evaluate vital aspects of church life, identify areas of growth and create actionable ministry strategies based on data-informed insights.
