This lesson encourages leaders to gather data-informed insights for more effective ministry, trusting that these assessments will reveal the true state of their congregations.

With step-by-step guidance on implementing the assessment and prayerful reflection, participants gain practical tools for promoting engagement and incorporating findings into their ministry plans. As the course comes to an end, leaders are challenged to act on their new insights and continue seeking God’s guidance in shepherding their congregations toward growth and flourishing.
