Welcome to the third and final session in the Team Health module! In the first session, David Kinnaman introduced the team health dimension as defined by Barna Group’s research: This dimension looks at how a church is cultivating clarity of roles and building trust among leadership.

In the second session, Jenni Catron—founder & CEO of the 4Sight Group, leadership coach, speaker and author—shared what team health looks like in action. She explained how clarity and trust create the foundation for a healthy, thriving staff culture—and how that culture extends into the broader health of the church.
