Welcome to the third and final session in the Data-Informed dimension! In the first session, David Kinnaman introduced the data-informed dimension as defined by Barna Group’s research: This dimension assesses whether a church has systems in place to know and track attendees and make well-informed decisions.

In the second session, Randy Frazee—pastor emeritus at Westside Family Church—shared what team health looks like in action. He explained how clarity and trust create the foundation for a healthy, thriving staff culture—and how that culture extends into the broader health of the church.
