This week’s Barna Minute explores whether women are satisfied with their current level of giving.

Women are a generous force who give intentionally of their treasure, time and talent. Yet in our new report, The Impact of Women, data shows many women may still be eager to do more.

As it stands today, women are currently less satisfied than men with their level of giving. Just 27 percent of women report being “extremely” satisfied with their own level of giving, compared to 38 percent of their male peers. One-quarter of women admit to being dissatisfied—either “somewhat” or “extremely”—with their current level of giving (26%), while only 16 percent of men say the same.
